Staff Team

Alexa Clark

Worship Arts Ministry Director

My Job at ChristLife: I lead people to Christ through the ministry of corporate worship through music, singing, media, etc., I oversee and organize our musicians and A/V techs who serve on our worship ministry team, and I prayerfully plan our worship services in collaboration with the Pastor/Preacher.

My Life and Faith Story: I grew up in an Evangelical Free church in Hastings, NE and always had a love for the Lord. It wasn’t until 2013 that the Lord guided me to Austin, TX to pursue a music program at the University of Texas (UT), but ultimately he led me there to save me. He started the work of conviction in my life through a small Bible church and an online sermon by a preacher named Paul Washer. I have been on a sanctifying journey from the Lord ever since. After completing the music program at UT, I went back to NE and married Craig, my now husband of 10 years (as of Nov. 2024). We have two children, Colbie Camille (2017) and Asher Samuel (2022). The Lord led us to a small Baptist Church in Stromsburg, NE where he started the desire of worship leading in my heart. The Lord called us to Colorado in 2020. And since then we have been praying to find church home and where the Lord could use me next. After praying for nearly 3 years, he opened doors for me to be a part of a worship leading school called 10KFAM (“10,000 Fathers and Mothers”). I’m on track to graduate in 2025 and am absolutely loving it!

Bits and Pieces: I love to sing, write songs, play acoustic guitar, and play competitive tennis! I also love to try to keep my sourdough starter alive 🙂.  Also, love to hunt deer, thanks to my husband!

What I like about ChristLife: It feels like family and feels like “home” to me! I am so excited to be a part of ChristLife and I am even more excited to see what God will continue to do in and through His Church!

Alan Putnam

Lead Pastor

My Job @ ChristLife: I’m thrilled to be the Lead Pastor at ChristLife as of January 2025. I’m beyond excited to connect with each and every one of you and watch ChristLife continue to grow and flourish. As the leader of the preaching and overall direction and vision for the church, I can’t wait to see all that God has in store for us in the coming months and years!

My Life & Faith Story: I grew up in the suburbs of Atlanta, Georgia, in a loving home. I always believed in God, but I saw Him as distant and uninterested in my life. That all changed when I was 13 in youth ministry when I heard the truth that Jesus Christ wanted a relationship with me. All I had to do was accept that I needed Him as my Savior and invite Him in. At 18, I felt the Lord’s calling for me to be a Pastor. So, I moved to Texas in 2012 to attend Dallas Theological Seminary. From there, I spent around 10 years in Youth Ministry before sensing God’s call that His next step for me was to lead ChristLife Community Church. I’ve been married to my incredible wife, Shyanne, for nearly 10 years, and we have three amazing and energetic children: Jaden (7), Conor (5), and Brynlee (3).

Bits and Pieces: I absolutely love spending time in nature. It’s where I feel the most relaxed and close to the Lord. My family and I enjoy hiking, biking, and camping.

What I love about ChristLife: This is one of the friendliest churches I’ve ever been a part of! My family and I felt instantly welcomed and at home here. The people here are also great examples of people who love Jesus and strive to honor Him with their lives.

Barb Cieloha

Administrator

My Job at ChristLife: I have the joy and privilege of being responsible for the administrative and communication needs of the church, which touches almost every aspect. I report to our pastor, Alan Putnam, and I get to work with our volunteers, leaders, staff, vendors, accounting and best of all, the body of ChristLife Community Church.

My Life and Faith Story: I grew up in a single parent home. My mother worked retail, and we did not attend church. My grandmother was a devout Christian, and my grandfather was a retired minister. Both had a big influence on my life. When I was in 6th grade, God sent a man to our door from a local Baptist church offering to take kids in our apartment complex, whose parents worked on Sundays, to church on a bus. Because my mother recognized and knew the man, she allowed us to go. This started my journey of faith and my walk with Jesus that I enjoy and cherish immensely to this very day. I accepted Christ as my Savior that year and was baptized the following summer at camp. I have (5) grown children, (10) grandchildren and (2) very loving, sweet, spoiled dogs.

Bits and Pieces: I love family night playing cards, date night with my grandchildren (mom & dad think it’s their date night), pickleball with my friends, bowling, golf, Zumba, and learning Spanish.

What I like about ChristLife: Solid biblical teaching. Friendly, supportive people who are real and genuine with their faith and their struggles. Feels like family as we walk through life together.

Kali Shadday

Administrative Assistant

My Job at ChristLife: When we lived in CO, I was the business and ministry Administrator for ChristLife Church. Now we live in TX, but I still work remotely as an Administrative Assistant.

My Life and Faith Story: I was very blessed to grow up in a loving Christian home. I knew how important a relationship with Christ was from watching my parents and my church family in Georgia. When I was 10, I gave my life to Christ, right before moving to Colorado. I graduated from Woodland Park High School and then Anderson University (Indiana) with a degree in Music Education. I met my husband in college and then, followed him to Hendersonville, TN (near Nashville). We were married in 2006. We moved back to Colorado  in 2011 right after our daughter was born. Then in 2015 we were blessed with our son.

Bits and Pieces: I love music! I taught middle school choir and general music for six years and loved it! I love to sing, play piano, go camping, be in the mountains, travel and spend time with my family.

What I like about ChristLife: How caring and loving the people are and how quickly they became like family!
